JOINT Flexibility YOGA
Classical Yoga has a different approach than a stretching class.
Loosening the joints (joint rotation) and attaining full range of motion creates flexibility.
Structural Yoga can then follow.

Sitting with your spine erect lift up in the spine.

Lengthen your spine with each inhale.

With your hands outstretched

press your hands upward
-
press downward & back towards yourself
-
Then press downward.
Use your full intention.
REPEAT 5 x's
