About Us

We owe our inspiration to my mother for showing us how we can really take care of ourselves.  Her interest in natural remedies opened a whole new world of possibilities.  Besides just using what you have on hand in the home, she worked with a Naturopathic doctor.  She learned Foot Reflexology and other natural ways to treat your family and friends.

Us kids used to watch her use her feet  to massage my father as he lay on the floor in our living room.  We really got into this as a playful form.  It is a wonderful tool to increase communication among the family members.  My mom would rub my back to wake me up for school.  She will always be remembered for this loving touch.

When our family gets together on holidays, there is a variety of massage that takes place.  We now have my nephews interested in giving not just receiving.  I have a fabulous picture of my nefew Ben,  massaging me on the window seat.  He has really been paying attention.

If you sit on the floor in front of someone sitting on the couch, you may find that you are getting a wonderful massage with the couch persons feet.   The heels of the foot are a powerful tool for massaging back muscles.

If you have the opportunity to watch our Massage Instruction Video you will see some of the methods that we adopted to keep our family happy and well.

We continually learn something new from each generation.     What fun!!    Relieves lots of tension too!!
