This traveling SPA is designed to retain heat for 20 therapeutic minutes. It will travel with you, fitting snuggly around

Heat in your microwave for 2 minutes on medium. For more heat, add time in increments of 30 seconds. Don't overheat.
Fold the pillow and place it at your lower back to relieve stress and stiffness.
For injured or inflamed muscles. use the pillow cold. The cool will seep into the muscles for relief of strains and sprains.
Place in a plastic bag and freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
